Ingredients:

  • 300g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce                                   
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch 
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions:

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
  • Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  • In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Pour this sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
  • Cook for another minute until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Serve hot over cooked rice.
