Ingredients:
- 300g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving

Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Pour this sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
- Cook for another minute until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
