Ingredients:

  • 1 lab fresh crab legs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter                                      
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice   
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped                                              

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Large pot
  • Skillet
  • Tongs
  • Serving plate

Instructions:

  • In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the crab legs. Cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in the lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute.
  • Remove the crab legs from the pot and place them in the skillet with the garlic butter sauce.
  • Toss the crab legs in the sauce until well coated. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
