Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes (about 500g), peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
- 2 tablespoons (30g) butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup (60g) sour cream

Instructions:
