Ingredients:

  • 2 large potatoes (about 500g), peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
  • 2 tablespoons (30g) butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup (60g) sour cream

Instructions:
