Ingredients:
- 200g chicken breast, diced
- 150g jasmine rice
- 400ml chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add diced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Stir in jasmine rice and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well.
